Boot Camp will get you ready for the Spring season–better than any league or captains’ practices ever could. It’s our most popular program, and it sells out quickly.

Boot Camp is designed for players who want to get a jump on the competition. Ridiculous fitness, challenging lacrosse practice, and intense scrimmage situations are typical in each Boot Camp session. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, you’ll get in a 30-minute workout, and spend the rest of the time on your lacrosse skills–shooting, dodging, throwing and catching on-the-run, transition O and D, individual defense, small games… you name it, we’ll cover it. On Sundays, you’ll get 90 minutes of lacrosse! We’ll run the same drills that colleges at the highest level use!!!

Boot Camp is a competitive lacrosse program that combines high-level fitness training with heavy-rep lacrosse skills, instruction, and scrimmages. We are thrilled to have partnered with the trainers from Compete Strength & Conditioning in Norwood, as they specialize in programs for athletes of all ages. They have worked with MLL players and elite athletes at every level.

It’s a lacrosse coach’s dream is to have their athletes get a jump start on fitness and stick skills. Boot Camp will help you get the rust off. Athletes leave each session exhausted, and emerge after three weeks confident and ready to compete at high school try-outs.
