In order for a camper’s registration to be complete, we must receive ALL of the following:

Here’s the easiest way to approach the process:

First, complete our on-line registration and payment process. Then, download and complete the Emergency Form and the Health Form. Finally, mail the completed Emergency Form and Health Form (or copies of physical and immunization record) to us.


Once we have received all of the required documents and information, we will send an email confirming enrollment in the Baggataway Lacrosse Camp. We will provide follow-up information in this email, including anything your son will need for camp.

Wait List

If we receive a registration that is incomplete, we will do our best to keep you informed as to what is missing. We will place your son on our wait list until we have received all of the required information and documents, or until the camp is full, whichever comes first.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made prior to ten days in advance of the start of camp. Any cancellations made prior to ten days in advance of the start of camp will be refunded the enrollment cost less a non-refundable registration fee ($50 for Future Laxers, $100 for the full day camp). There will be no refund for any cancellation made within ten days of the start date of camp or for any missed days during the week of camp.


Every camper must be covered by family or other accident and health insurance. Parents are encouraged to consult with their insurance advisor to ensure that campers have adequate coverage.

Health Forms

The Massachusetts Department of Health and the Wellesley Board of Health require each camper to have a physical exam and a complete immunization record. In order to meet these regulations, a copy of both must be submitted with your child’s application.
