Congratulations Arrows!
Man, what a great tournament! The Arrows came out on top after completing the day at 5-0. For their efforts, each team member won a ComLax gift card valued at $50… so much for the crummy “champ” t-shirts!
The final four was made up of: The Arrows (1); The Rebel Empire (2); The BroLaxers (3); and Mass Elite Red (4). The Arrows trip to the semi-finals was highlighted by a 2-goal victory over the gritty Mass Elite squad and a thrilling OT win over The Rebel Empire. They advanced to the finals by dispatching the Mass Elite team 15-9, and took the championship with a 19-13 victory over the BroLaxers.
The Rebel Empire (who definitely had the best shorts of the day) defeated the BroLaxers early on by a score of 11-9, but fell in the semis to the same BroLaxer squad 13-12 in OT… maybe it was the sick matching shorts and pinneys that the BroLaxers took the field in.
Regardless, it was a great day of lacrosse, and has got us really excited for the level of play (and the fashion statements) in-store for us at the Light It Up Tournament later this month!

For the playoffs, tiebreakers to establish seedings work as follows: 1. head-to-head most wins 2. total goals against 3. head-to-head goals allowed 4. coin toss*** In case of bad weather we will not cancel any program unless the facility has closed. Please use your best judgment when deciding whether or not to travel. Any canceled games will not be rescheduled.
